Part-time Operator
Assembly, Resize, Fabrication and Finishing
As a part-time Operator, you will be assigned to work rotationally floating between Assembly/Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned. Trainers will be assigned to assist in the learning process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age and/or enrolled in the Work Based Learning Program (Thomas County or Thomasville City Schools)
- Fine motor dexterity skills required to maintain quality and productivity
- Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; Conflict resolution skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task, adaptable and an analytical thinker
- Able to utilize Micrometers, gauges, and other hand-tools for measuring and inspecting
- Able to read and following instructions outlined in production documents
Work Shifts:
Candidates can choose the following shifts:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday through Friday (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm)
- 24 hours per week
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ( 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.)
Pay:
- $15.00/hour (paid weekly)
