The Accounts Receivable Specialist will handle invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections efforts professionally
Apply payments to accounts and resolve discrepancies through communication with customers
Assist with month-end reporting, financial reconciliations, and cash flow analysis
Maintain detailed records of all AR transactions and support audits as needed
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
1+ years of AR experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Ability to handle high-volume transactions with attention to detail
