Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Helpers to support our drivers with Amazon package deliveries. This is a physically active, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a dynamic team.

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour (paid biweekly)- Typical 10-hour shifts, 4-day workweek (35-40 hours)- 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (available for employees averaging 30+ hours per week)- Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing immediately

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with handling and delivering packages on time- Follow all local, state, and company driving policies- Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction- Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. frequently- Support in loading and unloading delivery vehicles- Communicate effectively with the delivery team and management- Navigate using company-provided technology- Provide support during route rescues and high-volume delivery periods

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old- Valid, unexpired state-issued ID- Authorized to work in the United States- Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (excluding marijuana for pre-employment)- Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous delivery or warehouse experience is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
