Job Description

Position Summary

Develop, execute, and adapt the brand marketing plan to the ever-changing marketplace. Responsible for the brand product portfolio, building brand awareness, setting brand strategy, shaping consumer preference, monitoring sales performance, collaborating with other cross-functional leaders, and leading the creation of all marketing elements available for sales and bottlers to leverage at retail and to drive across direct to consumer brand building.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the brand strategy development and brand expression, ensuring all marketing efforts are on brand strategy.
  • Lead, manage and coach the brand marketing team
  • Develop and implement annual brand marketing plan collaboratively working cross functional marketing teams and other executive management teams.
  • Lead the development of campaign and marketing program strategies to ensure brand marketing efforts are targeted, with clear objectives and purpose.
  • Oversee the brand product portfolio on the creation of new products, strategic product updates, and their associated brand plans, selling materials, and digital marketing (social media, influencers, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid media, website, and email marketing).
  • Demonstrate strong passion for the advancement and growth of the brand and business.
  • Ensure the brand initiatives are woven into digital marketing execution through websites, social media, email marketing, videos and digital ads.
  • Partner with marketing teams as needed for marketing efforts such as photo shoots, campaign creation, event appearances, social media content development and promotion, etc.

Job Specifications

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study
  • More than 7 years of experience in marketing, brand management
  • More than 5 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Social Media, Click Up, Nielsen

Base Pay Range: USD $123,750 - USD $165,000 (+)
