23XI Business Analytics Intern

Position Overview

23XI Racing is looking for a college junior or senior to serve as a Business Analytics Intern. The Business Analytics Intern will gain hands on experience by assisting the Business Analyst with the day-to-day tasks of executing the analytic programs for 23XI Racing and their NASCAR Cup Series teams.

This is a paid internship. You will need to be able to work 20-40 hours per week. During the internship, work hours may include racing events, which may occur on evenings and/or weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in building in-depth, strategic and visually engaging partners reports that communicate performance, value, and impact
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative fan research
• Support the business development team with insights for new potential partners
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging market trends relevant to partners and fans
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities

To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Junior or Senior obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Administration or a related field
• GPA 3.0+ on 4.0 scale
• Proficient with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
• Organized, professional, and a self-starter
• Strong communication skills are a necessity
• Proven written, oral, and presentation skills
• You should have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
• Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when privy to sensitive information
• Be a flexible and reliable teammate, both within the department and the company as a whole
• Thrive in a dynamic, deadline driven environment
• Presents self in professional manner and has the ability to interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts
