Contractor – Senior Project Coordinator, Communications
Location: Bridgewater, NJ | Type: Contract, Hybrid
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide senior-level administrative and project support to SVP, Communications & Corporate Affairs.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses (Concur).
• Support budgeting, POs, invoices, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain departmental records.
• Assist with internal communications projects and event planning.
• Liaise across teams and create/edit Word, PowerPoint, and Excel materials.
• Serve as SharePoint site owner and track milestones/action items.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in coordination / admin roles; pharma / biotech a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and digital skills; MS Office proficiency.
