Your main responsibilities will be:
- provide on-site support to clients during the implementations and go-live period
- lead customers throughout the whole Implementation of NAXT/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
- lead consulting sessions independently- assess, understand and document relevant customer requests – communicate these to other parties involved in the process in a proper manner
- collect functional requirements while working with the customer, participate in creating FRDs (Functional requirement documents)
- participate in creating functional solution designs and related test designs
- facilitate trainings, workshops or demonstrations either remotely or on-site as required by the customer
- know the functional area end-to-end processes, as well as processes that provide input for the role
- manage and resolve issues based on this knowledge
- suggest and deliver improvements for the processes and systems affecting the whole implementation/support lifecycle
- manage the project timeline and working with both business & technical personnel to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the project plan
- provide post-implementation support to customers after the go-live date
What we expect from you:
- university degree in Business Informatics/Engineering/Economics/Finance or any related field
- relevant working experience including expertise in business solutions
- excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing
- ERP consulting/implementation experience either on customer side or as an implementation partner
- good presentation and demonstration skills
- striving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude
- willingness to travel to foreign countries (up to 50-60%)
- experience with: Microsoft AX2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 business central is a huge advantage
- team player attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to work with cross – functional global teams
