Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Learning Performance team. This contractor role focuses on designing and developing digital-first learning experiences that align with business goals and enhance learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply adult learning theory and neuroscience principles to create innovative, learner-centric digital content.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with stakeholders, including leaders, SMEs, and peers, to design and refine learning solutions.
- Develop and maintain eLearning content, including SCORM-compliant modules, using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
- Create supporting materials such as video scripts, storyboards, journey maps, and content strategy documents.
- Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to iterate on learning products through testing and feedback.
- Communicate design proposals effectively through storytelling and alignment with business strategy.
- Ensure all content adheres to internal style and brand guidelines (ULearn standards).
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams).
- Experience designing and developing eLearning and video content.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (including Premiere Pro), Adobe Captivate, and other multimedia tools.
- Familiarity with EnableNow and Salesforce.
- Background in gamification and interactive learning design.
- Experience working in tech-driven environments (e.g., Meta, Amazon).
- Nice to have skills: Gamification, Salesforce
