Position: Landscape Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about landscaping and possess a strong eye for design. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through the creation of detailed and innovative landscape designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to gather information about their needs, preferences, and budget for their landscape project
- Develop creative and functional landscape designs that meet the client's specifications and align with the company's standards
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed plans, drawings, and 3D renderings
- Create project estimates and communicate them to clients
- Collaborate with our construction team to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently
- Monitor projects throughout the construction phase to ensure designs are executed according to plan
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source materials for projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design techniques and processes
- Attend client meetings and present designs with confidence and professionalism
- Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- 2 years of experience in landscape design, preferably with a reputable company
- Strong proficiency in CAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of plant materials, hardscape materials, and landscape construction techniques
- Familiarity with local zoning and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules
