Job Overview: The Marketing Assistant role supports marketing initiatives set by the Senior Marketing Manager, with a focus on Cell & Gene Therapy/Biologics, Ocular Therapeutics, and Medical Device Testing. This position is based in Waltham, MA.
Responsibilities: - Support and execute global multi-channel marketing campaigns set by the Marketing Manager
- Support virtual and in-person event planning and logistics for trade shows and conferences
- Assist in website content development through Wordpress
- Manage webinar registration process and communication schedule
- Update marketing collateral (PPT, InDesign)
- Create new formats for PowerPoint slides to promote services
- Run reports, and manage data in SalesForce
- Create new emails/formats and send via email software program
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a science related field
- Experience: 2 - 3 years
- Strong writing and communication skills, fluent in English
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable working with multiple cultures and nationalities
- Problem-solving skills
- Driven, articulate and independent
- The ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- A collaborative spirit that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel when necessary
