Job Description

Office Assistant Location Ontario, CA :

Job responsibilities:

  • Clerical work, familiar with the Los Angeles area
  • Organizing documents
  • Completing tasks assigned by the department manager

Job requirements:

  • Must fluently in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, responsible, strong learning ability, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions from supervisors
  • Strong multitasking ability and capable of reasonable work arrangement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
