Office Assistant Location Ontario, CA :
Job responsibilities:
- Clerical work, familiar with the Los Angeles area
- Organizing documents
- Completing tasks assigned by the department manager
Job requirements:
- Must fluently in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong ability to work under pressure, responsible, strong learning ability, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions from supervisors
- Strong multitasking ability and capable of reasonable work arrangement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
