Title : Policy Analyst

Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Duration : 4 years Contract

Scope/Background: The client is establishing a master list of pre-qualified contractors to provide a broad range of health care consulting services (data analytics, policy research, stakeholder engagement, IRB, training, and related support) to CHIA, the Betsy Lehman Center, and other eligible entities.

Project Overview: This is a rolling-enrollment, multi-award Master Service Agreement under which pre-qualified vendors will later receive project-specific RFQs and Statements of Work for health care consulting and analytics projects. No specific single "project" is defined; instead, multiple engagements will be issued over the life of the contract.

Purpose: Evaluates healthcare policy initiatives, legislative changes, and regulatory impacts on Client's health systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct policy and regulatory analysis to support Client's initiatives.
• Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess the impact of reforms on cost, access, and quality of care.
• Support stakeholder engagements and public hearings with evidence-based findings.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of state and federal healthcare policy.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations into actionable insights.

Experience: 5 7 years in healthcare policy analysis, public administration, or consulting.
