Position Overview : The Safety Officer oversees safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the construction project. They conduct regular safety audits and ensure all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and enforce safety policies on-site.
- Conduct safety audits and provide reports on findings.
- Train construction teams on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Ensure the project complies with OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations.
Qualifications :
- OSHA certification (30-hour course).
- 3-5 years of experience in construction safety.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Proficiency in safety management software.
