Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Construction Safety & Quality Consultant to lead the charge in both safety compliance and quality assurance across our construction operations. This dual-role position is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep expertise in OSHA regulations, construction safety protocols, and quality control systems.

This is a unique opportunity to own and overhaul our current systems while developing robust, scalable SOPs and guidebooks that will drive excellence in safety and quality for the next 5 to 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Oversight:

• Perform detailed safety inspections on active job sites.
• Identify and resolve immediate and long-term safety issues.
• Build a comprehensive company-wide Safety Guidebook and SOPs aligned with OSHA and industry best practices.
• Implement sustainable training and safety programs across teams.

Quality Control Leadership:

• Lead quality assurance audits and site inspections.
• Pinpoint and correct process and material deficiencies.
• Design and roll out a scalable Quality Control Framework and Guidebook.
• Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds all relevant codes, specs, and internal benchmarks.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and executives.
• Standardize practices across multiple job sites.
• Provide regular reporting and strategy updates.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction safety, quality control, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in OSHA compliance and construction industry safety standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs, safety manuals, and quality frameworks from scratch.
• Strong background in construction inspections, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel weekly or bi-weekly to job sites as needed.
