Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations at the plant level, with a focus on material flow, dock performance, space optimization, and team leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement
  • Supervise and develop a team of 10–12 employees
  • Optimize space utilization and support the implementation of new storage strategy
  • Develop and maintain a robust PFEP system to ensure efficient material flow
  • Coordinate and collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support system improvements and maintain compliance with internal standards and external requirements (e.g., ISO, customer-specific logistics audits)
  • Utilize KPIs to monitor warehouse performance
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols
  • Oversee inventory accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of PFEP and lean material handling
