Workday Consultant/Analyst/Techno-Functional Specialist Primary Location: Chicago, Illinois Hybrid position V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Workday Consultant/Analyst/Techno-Functional Specialist for our premier client in Chicago, Illinois .

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Technical Requirements and Certifications " Workday certification(s) preferred (HCM, Compensation, Reporting, etc.). Education and Experience " 9+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM. Strong functional knowledge in Benefits and Compensation modules. Experience with Workday reporting and dashboards. Familiarity with Workday integration tools like EIB, Core Connectors (Studio is a plus). Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Absence. Develop and support Workday reports (custom and advanced) using Report Writer and Calculated Fields. Gather business requirements, design solutions, and perform system configuration. Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and business alignment. Partner with vendors and internal teams on Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio (if applicable). Stay up to date with Workday releases and best practices. Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day Workday system support. Interested?
