A. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute feasible Industry 4.0 strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. B. Lead in key Industry 4.0 projects, from concept to implementation and optimization (Such as MES, AI, big data analytics, robotics, and additive manufacturing etc), This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. C. Work closely with engineering, IT, operations, and other departments to break down barries and foster a collaborative environment conducive to innovation. D. Mentor and train junior team members in Industry 4.0 technologies and best practices, building a strong internal talent pool. E. Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing manufacturing systems to make Continouse Improvement. **Qualifications:** A master's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, industrial automation, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Industry 4.0 projects in big transnational manufacturing or industrial company. **Skills:** Profound understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, from design to production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions. Fluency in English both written and spoken.
