Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality coaching services to individuals seeking personal and professional development.
• Utilize our proprietary framework and materials to guide clients.
• Manage your own schedule and client load with complete autonomy.
• Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions.
• Generate leads and attract clients through social media and networking (support provided).
• Conduct initial consultations and assessments to determine client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional coaching experience.
• Proven ability to effectively coach individuals in leadership and personal growth.
• Excellent communication and virtual interaction skills (Zoom, etc.).
• Working knowledge of social media platforms for business purposes.
• Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
• A genuine commitment to client success.
