Acara Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Specialist  to join our client on a Temp to Hire opportunity located in Tolleson AZ

• Day Shift: M-F 9am-5:30pm 
• Pay Rate : $21-$22/hour
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Accurately label and store materials in designated locations, maintaining clear and orderly inventory records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
• Prepare materials and products for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers or distribution centers.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling machinery, in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting Using Forklifts 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Proficient in warehouse management systems
• Able to lift heavy loads and work in a physically active environment
• Must bring steel-toe or composite safety shoes
